SC4K Terms and Conditions for Teachers and Administrators
These Terms and Conditions outline the responsibilities, conduct, and expectations for all SC4K teachers and administrative staff. By accepting employment or working with SC4K, you agree to adhere to these terms.
1. Professional Conduct
- All teachers and administrators must always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Respectful communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external parties is mandatory.
- Discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action.
2. Attendance and Punctuality
- You are expected to be punctual for all classes, meetings, and scheduled work hours.
- Absences must be communicated in advance to your supervisor and must follow the absence policy outlined by SC4K.
3. Confidentiality
- Teachers and administrators must respect the confidentiality of student records, proprietary information, and any internal documents or communications.
- Personal information of students, parents, and staff must not be shared without prior consent from SC4K management.
4. Use of SC4K Resources
- All materials, resources, and technology provided by SC4K are for professional use only.
- Misuse or unauthorized distribution of SC4K materials is prohibited.
5. Classroom and Learning Environment
- Teachers must foster an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Any issues regarding student behavior, concerns, or conflicts must be reported immediately to the administration.
- Admin staff must ensure that support is provided to facilitate smooth operation of all educational activities.
6. Curriculum and Program Delivery
- Teachers are expected to deliver the curriculum as outlined by SC4K. Unauthorized deviations or alterations to the program content are not permitted.
- Continuous professional development is encouraged to maintain up-to-date knowledge and teaching methods.
7. Feedback and Evaluation
- Teachers and admin staff will participate in regular performance evaluations to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Constructive feedback must be taken seriously, and improvements implemented as necessary.
8. Conflict of Interest
- Employees must disclose any potential conflicts of interest, whether personal or financial, that may affect their work with SC4K.
9. Non-compete and Non-disclosure
- Teachers and administrators must not engage in any activities that conflict with SC4K’s interests or compete with its programs during and after employment.
- Unauthorized sharing of proprietary methods, curricula, or materials with competitors or third parties is strictly prohibited.
10. Termination
- SC4K reserves the right to terminate employment in case of misconduct, breach of these terms, or unsatisfactory performance.
- Employees may terminate their position with appropriate notice 2 weeks prior to the last day.
11. Compliance with Policies
- All employees are required to follow SC4K’s additional policies, including safety protocols, dress code, and any other policies that may be implemented during the course of employment.
12. Legal Compliance
- Teachers and administrators must comply with all local, provincial, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards relevant to their role.
13. Amendments
- SC4K reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Employees will be informed of any changes and are expected to comply with updated terms.
By continuing your role with SC4K, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action or termination of employment.
